Ingredients:

2 slices of roast beef (100g)
2 slices of ciabatta roll (50g each)
1 tablespoon of blue cheese (15g)
2 tablespoons of arugula leaves (10g)
1 teaspoon of olive oil (5ml)
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat a skillet over medium heat. Add the olive oil to the skillet.
Place the ciabatta rolls in the skillet and toast for about 2 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Place the roast beef slices on top of one of the ciabatta rolls. Top with blue cheese and arugula leaves. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Place the other ciabatta roll on top and press down lightly to secure it in place.
Cook for an additional 3 minutes until the roast beef is heated through and the cheese is melted.
Serve immediately while hot!
