Ingredients:

1 cup quinoa
2 cups broccoli florets
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons minced garlic

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat oven to 400°F.
Place quinoa in a medium saucepan and cover with 2 cups of water. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low, and simmer for 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, place broccoli florets on a baking sheet and drizzle with 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Sprinkle with garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, and pepper. Toss to combine.
