Ingredients:

200g firm tofu, cubed
1 red bell pepper, sliced into strips
1 onion, sliced into strips
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 tablespoons soy sauce or tamari sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the cubed tofu and cook for 5 minutes until golden brown.
Add the bell pepper, onion and garlic to the skillet and cook for an additional 5 minutes until vegetables are tender.
Add the soy sauce or tamari sauce and sesame oil to the skillet and stir to combine. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Cook for an additional 3-5 minutes until everything is heated through.
