Ingredients:

200g egg noodles
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 red bell pepper, diced
1 carrot, diced
2 cups broccoli florets
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

Bring a pot of water to a boil over high heat. Add the egg noodles and cook for 5 minutes or until al dente. Drain the noodles and set aside.
Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the onion and garlic and cook for 3 minutes or until softened. Add the bell pepper, carrot, and broccoli florets and cook for an additional 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
