Ingredients:

200g lean beef steak, thinly sliced
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
200g mushrooms, sliced
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the beef slices and cook for 3-4 minutes until lightly browned. Remove from the pan and set aside.
Add the onion to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes until softened. Add the garlic and mushrooms and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until the mushrooms are tender.
Return the beef to the skillet along with the soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through. Serve immediately.
