Ingredients:

200g cooked noodles
1 red pepper, diced
1 carrot, grated
1/2 onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons sesame oil
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon chili flakes
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro

Cooking Instructions:

Heat a large skillet over medium heat.
Add the onion, garlic, and red pepper and cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add the cooked noodles, soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, sugar, and chili flakes and stir to combine.
Cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add the grated carrot and chopped cilantro and stir to combine.
Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
Serve warm or cold.
