Ingredients:

2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 small onion, diced
1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 teaspoon ginger powder
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
2 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite
sized pieces
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons honey
1/4 cup water
2 cups cooked white rice

Cooking Instructions:

Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic and cook until softened, about 3 minutes. Add the ginger powder and red pepper flakes (if using) and cook for another minute.
Add the chicken pieces to the skillet and cook until lightly browned on all sides, about 5 minutes.
Add the soy sauce, honey, and water to the skillet and stir to combine. Simmer for another 3 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
