Ingredients:

2 slices of whole wheat bread
2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
1/2 cup cooked chicken breast, diced or shredded
1/4 cup cucumber slices
1 teaspoon fresh parsley, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

Toast the bread slices in a toaster or in a skillet over medium heat until lightly golden brown.
Spread the mayonnaise on one side of each slice of toast.
