Ingredients:

200g beef steak, thinly sliced
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 onion, diced
200g mushrooms, sliced
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 teaspoon sugar

Cooking Instructions:

Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and onion and cook for 3 minutes until softened.
Add the mushrooms to the skillet and cook for another 3 minutes until lightly browned.
Add the beef to the skillet and cook for 5 minutes until lightly browned.
In a small bowl mix together the soy sauce, sesame oil, oyster sauce, cornstarch and sugar until combined. Pour this mixture into the skillet with the beef and mushrooms and stir to combine everything together. Cook for another 5 minutes until everything is heated through.
Serve over cooked rice or noodles if desired. Enjoy!
