Ingredients:

200g lean beef steak, thinly sliced
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 garlic clove, minced
1 teaspoon grated ginger root
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
200g green beans, trimmed and cut into 2cm pieces

Cooking Instructions:

Heat the oil in a large wok or frying pan over medium heat. Add the beef slices and cook for 3 minutes until lightly browned.
Add the garlic, ginger root, soy sauce and oyster sauce to the pan. Cook for another minute until fragrant.
Add the green beans to the pan and stir fry for 4 minutes until they are tender but still crisp.
Serve hot with steamed rice or noodles.
