Ingredients:

100g ground beef
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoon cumin powder
Salt and pepper to taste
2 large flour tortillas
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese

Cooking Instructions:

In a medium skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until it is no longer pink. Drain off any excess fat.
Add the garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, cumin powder, salt and pepper to the beef and stir to combine. Cook for an additional 2 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.
Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add one of the tortillas to the pan. Sprinkle half of the grated cheese over the top of the tortilla then spread half of the cooked beef mixture over it as well. Top with remaining cheese then place second tortilla on top of first one.
Drizzle oil around edges of quesadilla then press down lightly with spatula to help seal edges together. Cook for 3-4 minutes per side or until golden brown and cheese is melted inside quesadilla. Remove from heat and cut into wedges before serving warm with your favorite toppings such as salsa or sour cream if desired. Enjoy!
