Ingredients:

200g pizza dough
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 slices prosciutto
2 figs, sliced into wedges
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1/2 cup grated mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F). Grease a baking sheet with olive oil.
Roll out the pizza dough on the baking sheet and brush it with olive oil.
Arrange the prosciutto slices on top of the dough and top with fig wedges. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar.
Sprinkle the mozzarella and parmesan cheeses over the top of the pizza.
Bake for 15 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes before slicing and serving. Enjoy!
