Ingredients:

200g pork loin cut into cubes
1 large potato cut into cubes
1 onion chopped finely
2 cloves garlic minced
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
1 teaspoon paprika powder
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add the pork cubes and cook until lightly browned on all sides.
Add the potatoes, onion, garlic, paprika powder, salt and pepper to the skillet and cook for 5 minutes stirring occasionally.
Pour in the white wine vinegar and stir to combine all ingredients together.
Reduce heat to low and cover with a lid. Simmer for 30 minutes or until pork is cooked through and potatoes are tender stirring occasionally.
