Ingredients:

250g peeled and cooked shrimp
2 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons all
purpose flour
2 tablespoons cold water

Cooking Instructions:

In a medium bowl, combine the cooked shrimp, butter, garlic powder, paprika, salt and pepper. Mix until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
In a separate bowl, mix together the flour and cold water until a thick paste forms.
Add the flour mixture to the shrimp mixture and mix until everything is well combined.
Divide the mixture into 8 equal portions and shape each portion into a round patty about 3 inches in diameter.
Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add enough oil to lightly coat the bottom of the pan. Place the patties in the skillet and cook for about 5 minutes on each side or until golden brown and crispy on both sides.
Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce or as an appetizer with drinks!
