Ingredients:

2 slices of white bread
2 slices of ham
2 slices of chorizo sausage
2 slices of cheese (preferably Edam)
1 egg yolk
1 tablespoon of butter or margarine
1 tablespoon of olive oil

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Place the two slices of bread on a baking sheet and top each slice with one slice of ham, one slice of chorizo sausage and one slice of cheese.
Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Meanwhile, heat a skillet over medium heat and add the butter or margarine and olive oil.
Once the butter or margarine has melted, add the egg yolk to the skillet and cook until it is lightly browned on both sides.
Remove the baking sheet from the oven and place it on a plate or cutting board. Top each slice with an egg yolk and serve immediately.
