Ingredients:

1 tablespoon olive oil
200g pork shoulder, cubed
200g beef chuck steak, cubed
1 onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 carrots, diced
2 potatoes, diced
1/2 head of cabbage, shredded
400ml chicken stock
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium-high heat. Add the pork and beef cubes and cook until browned on all sides. Remove from the pot and set aside.
Add the onion to the pot and cook until softened. Add the garlic and cook for another minute.
Return the meat to the pot along with the carrots, potatoes and cabbage. Pour in the chicken stock and season with salt and pepper to taste. Bring to a boil then reduce heat to low and simmer for 1 hour 30 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
Serve hot with crusty bread or boiled potatoes if desired. Enjoy!
