Ingredients:

500g clams
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 cup white wine
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro leaves
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

In a large pot over medium heat, heat the olive oil. Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute.
Add the clams and white wine to the pot and stir to combine. Cover the pot with a lid and cook for 8-10 minutes until the clams are cooked through.
Remove the lid from the pot and add in the cilantro leaves. Stir to combine and season with salt and pepper to taste. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.
