Ingredients:

2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 cup diced onion
1/2 cup diced bell pepper
1/2 cup diced mushrooms
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
4 ounces thinly sliced steak (or chicken)
1/4 cup pizza sauce
2 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese For the Garlic Aioli:
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon olive oil

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease a 9-inch round pizza pan with cooking spray.
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onion, bell pepper, mushrooms, garlic powder, salt and pepper and cook until vegetables are softened, about 5 minutes. Add the steak and cook until cooked through, about 3 minutes more. Remove from heat and set aside.
Spread the pizza sauce over the prepared pizza pan. Top with the steak mixture and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Meanwhile, make the garlic aioli by combining all ingredients in a small bowl and stirring until combined. Serve pizza slices with garlic aioli on top or on the side for dipping.
