Ingredients:

100g butter, softened
100g light brown sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
150g plain flour
½ teaspoon baking powder
¼ teaspoon salt
100g peanut butter chips
50g white chocolate chips

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat oven to 180°C/350°F/Gas Mark
Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until combined.
In a separate bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder and salt. Gradually add this to the wet ingredients until a dough forms. Stir in the peanut butter chips and white chocolate chips until evenly distributed throughout the dough.
Using your hands or a spoon, form small balls of dough (about 2 tablespoons worth) and place them on the prepared baking tray about 2 inches apart from each other. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown around the edges. Allow to cool before serving.
