Ingredients:

75g butter, softened
75g peanut butter
100g light brown sugar
1 egg, beaten
150g plain flour
½ teaspoon baking powder
50g milk chocolate chips or chunks

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 180°C/350°F/Gas Mark
Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, cream together the butter and peanut butter until light and fluffy. Add the sugar and beat until combined. Beat in the egg until fully incorporated.
Sift in the flour and baking powder and mix until just combined. Stir in the chocolate chips or chunks.
Using a tablespoon, scoop out small balls of dough onto the prepared baking tray, leaving enough space between each cookie for them to spread during baking. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown around the edges. Allow to cool on the tray for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
