Ingredients:

1 cup all
purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons sugar
1 cup almond milk
2 tablespoons vegetable oil or melted butter
2 tablespoons peanut butter
2 tablespoons jelly or jam of your choice

Cooking Instructions:

In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
In a separate bowl, mix together the almond milk, vegetable oil or melted butter, peanut butter, and jelly or jam until combined.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Do not overmix.
