Ingredients:

60g of butter, softened
100g of peanut butter
100g of brown sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
150g of all
purpose flour
½ teaspoon of baking soda
¼ teaspoon of salt
2 tablespoons of jelly or jam (any flavor)

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, cream together the butter and peanut butter until light and fluffy. Add the brown sugar and mix until combined. Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until fully incorporated.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined.
Scoop out tablespoon-sized balls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet. Flatten each ball slightly with your fingers or a fork. Make an indentation in each cookie with your thumb or a spoon and fill it with jelly or jam.
Bake for 8-10 minutes or until lightly golden brown around the edges. Allow to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely. Enjoy!
