Ingredients:

2 wontons wrappers
1/4 cup cooked shrimp, diced
1/4 cup cooked pork, diced
1/4 cup shredded cabbage
2 tablespoons chopped scallions
2 cups chicken broth
1 teaspoon sesame oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

In a medium bowl, combine the shrimp, pork, cabbage and scallions. Mix until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
Place one tablespoon of the mixture in the center of each wonton wrapper. Fold the wrapper over the filling and press down to seal the edges together. Set aside.
In a medium saucepan over medium heat, bring the chicken broth to a boil. Add the wontons and reduce heat to low. Simmer for 10 minutes or until wontons are cooked through.
Add sesame oil and season with salt and pepper to taste. Simmer for an additional 5 minutes or until flavors have blended together.
Serve hot in individual bowls with extra scallions for garnish if desired. Enjoy!
