Ingredients:

2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 cup ricotta cheese
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat oven to 425°F.
In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, ricotta cheese, garlic, mozzarella cheese, oregano, salt and pepper until combined.
Place the pizza crust on a baking sheet. Spread the ricotta mixture evenly over the crust.
Bake for 20 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Let cool for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
