1 cup vegan chicken strips
1 cup diced carrots
1 cup diced celery
1 cup diced potatoes
2 cups vegetable broth or stock
2 cloves garlic, minced
½ teaspoon dried thyme leaves
¼ teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons olive oil

Cooking Instructions:
