Ingredients:

1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped carrots
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon olive oil
2 cups vegetable broth
1/2 head of cabbage, shredded or chopped into small pieces
1 teaspoon dried oregano
Salt and pepper to taste
