Ingredients:

100g firm tofu
1/2 red bell pepper, diced
1/2 onion, diced
1/4 cup mushrooms, diced
1 garlic clove, minced
2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon cumin powder
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the tofu and cook for 5 minutes until lightly browned. Break up the tofu into small pieces as it cooks.
Add the bell pepper, onion, mushrooms and garlic to the skillet and cook for an additional 5 minutes until vegetables are softened.
Stir in the nutritional yeast, turmeric powder and cumin powder. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Cook for an additional 5 minutes until everything is heated through. Serve immediately.
