Ingredients:

2 tablespoons of sesame seeds
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 teaspoon of lemon juice
Salt to taste

Cooking Instructions:

Toast the sesame seeds in a dry skillet over medium heat for about 3 minutes or until lightly golden brown. Stir occasionally.
Transfer the toasted sesame seeds into a food processor and blend until it forms a paste.
Add the olive oil, lemon juice and salt to taste and blend until combined.
Serve as desired or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
