2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons tomato paste or pizza sauce
4 ounces prepared pizza dough (store bought or homemade)

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Grease a baking sheet with the olive oil.
In a small bowl, mix together the mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses, garlic powder, oregano and salt. Set aside.
