Ingredients:

100g spelt flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons olive oil
150ml water

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
In a bowl, mix together the spelt flour, baking powder and salt.
Add the olive oil and water and mix until combined.
Grease a small baking tray with some olive oil or butter and pour the mixture into it.
Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown on top.
