Ingredients:

60g uncooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons white wine or chicken broth
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

Heat the olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute.
Add the shrimp and cook for 3-4 minutes until they are cooked through.
Add the white wine or chicken broth, lemon juice, parsley flakes, salt and pepper to the skillet and stir to combine.
