Ingredients:

30g butter (room temperature)
30g caster sugar
60g plain flour
Pinch of salt

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 180°C/350°F/Gas Mark
Grease a baking tray with butter or line with parchment paper.
In a bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Sift in the flour and salt and mix until it forms a dough.
Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface to about 1cm thick and cut into desired shapes using cookie cutters or a knife.
Place the cookies onto the prepared baking tray and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
Allow to cool before serving or storing in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
