Ingredients:

100g of spaghetti noodles
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 clove of garlic, minced
½ cup of shrimp, peeled and deveined
½ cup of scallops, diced into small pieces
¼ cup of white wine or chicken broth
2 tablespoons of butter
2 tablespoons of fresh parsley, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the spaghetti noodles and cook according to package instructions. Drain the noodles and set aside.
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
Add the shrimp and scallops to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes until they are cooked through.
Pour in the white wine or chicken broth and bring to a simmer for 2 minutes until it has reduced slightly.
Add the butter to the skillet and stir until melted. Then add the cooked spaghetti noodles to the skillet and toss everything together until combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving hot!
