Ingredients:

50g Italian sausage (ground)
2 tablespoons ricotta cheese
1/4 cup tomato sauce
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon oregano
1/4 teaspoon basil
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup all purpose flour (for the dough)
2 tablespoons olive oil (for the dough)
1/2 teaspoon salt (for the dough)

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat oven to 425°F.
In a medium bowl, mix together the ground sausage, ricotta cheese, tomato sauce, garlic powder, oregano and basil until well combined. Set aside.
In a separate bowl, mix together the flour, olive oil and salt until it forms a soft dough. Knead for 5 minutes until smooth and elastic. Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface into an 8 inch circle. Place on a greased baking sheet or pizza pan.
Spread the sausage mixture over the pizza dough leaving about an inch around the edges for crust. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
