Ingredients:

60g all
purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
30g butter, melted and cooled slightly
30ml milk
1 egg, lightly beaten
30g raisins

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a small loaf pan with butter or cooking spray.
