Ingredients:

30g of butter, softened
15g of peanut butter
25g of brown sugar
5ml of vanilla extract
1 egg yolk
25g of all
purpose flour
5ml of baking powder
Pinch of salt
15g of semi
sweet chocolate chips

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking sheet or line with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, cream together the butter and peanut butter until smooth. Beat in the brown sugar until combined. Add the vanilla extract and egg yolk and mix until combined.
In a separate bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder and salt. Gradually add to the creamed mixture until just blended. Stir in the chocolate chips by hand using a wooden spoon.
Drop teaspoonfuls onto the prepared baking sheet about 2 inches apart. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in preheated oven or until golden brown around the edges. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely. Enjoy!
