Ingredients:

2 slices of rye bread
2 slices of pastrami (50g)
1 slice of Swiss cheese (25g)
1 tablespoon of mayonnaise (15ml)
1 teaspoon of mustard (5ml)

Cooking Instructions:

Toast the two slices of rye bread in a toaster or on a skillet over medium heat.
Spread the mayonnaise and mustard on each slice of toast.
Place the pastrami and Swiss cheese on one slice of toast.
Top with the other slice of toast and press down lightly to secure the sandwich together.
Cut in half and serve immediately.
