Ingredients:

2 lasagna sheets (precooked)
1/2 cup of tomato sauce
1/4 cup of grated mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup of grated parmesan cheese
1/2 cup of cooked spinach leaves (chopped)
1/4 cup of sliced mushrooms
1/4 cup of diced bell peppers (red and green)

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Grease an oven-safe dish with nonstick cooking spray.
Place one lasagna sheet in the bottom of the dish.
Spread half of the tomato sauce over the lasagna sheet.
Sprinkle half of the mozzarella and parmesan cheese over the tomato sauce layer.
Top with half of the spinach leaves, mushrooms, and bell peppers.
Place another lasagna sheet on top and repeat steps 4-6 for the second layer.
Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes or until golden brown on top and bubbly around the edges.
Let cool for 10 minutes before serving warm or cold as desired!
