Ingredients:

50g dry pasta of your choice
1/2 cup diced tomatoes
1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions. Drain the cooked pasta and set aside.
In a large skillet over medium heat, add the diced tomatoes, basil leaves, garlic, oregano, salt and pepper. Cook for about 5 minutes until the tomatoes are softened.
Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and stir to combine with the tomato mixture. Cook for an additional 5 minutes until heated through.
Serve hot with freshly grated Parmesan cheese if desired. Enjoy!
