Ingredients:

60g quick cooking grits
150ml vegetable broth
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
2 tablespoons nutritional yeast flakes
1/2 cup cooked shrimp (about 4 large shrimp)

Cooking Instructions:

In a medium saucepan over medium heat, bring the vegetable broth to a boil. Add the grits and stir until combined. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes or until the grits are thickened.
Add the garlic, red pepper flakes, black pepper, oregano leaves and nutritional yeast flakes to the saucepan and stir until combined. Simmer for an additional 5 minutes or until the mixture is thickened.
Add the cooked shrimp to the saucepan and stir until combined. Simmer for an additional 5 minutes or until heated through. Serve immediately.
