Ingredients:

60g dry spaghetti noodles
1/4 cup vegetable broth
1/4 cup diced onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon dried basil leaves
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
2 tablespoons tomato paste
2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
2 tablespoons breadcrumbs
1 tablespoon vegan Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add the spaghetti noodles and cook according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet over medium heat, add the vegetable broth, onion, garlic, oregano, basil leaves and red pepper flakes (if using). Cook for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are softened.
Add the tomato paste, nutritional yeast, breadcrumbs and vegan Worcestershire sauce to the skillet. Stir to combine all ingredients together. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Simmer for 5 minutes until the sauce has thickened slightly.
Add the cooked spaghetti noodles to the skillet with the sauce and stir to combine everything together. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until everything is heated through. Serve immediately!
