Ingredients:

80g dry linguine pasta
1 can (150g) of clams in brine, drained and rinsed
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons white wine
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon dried basil
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Cooking Instructions:

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the linguine and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet over medium heat, add the garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant. Add the clams, white wine, oregano, basil, salt and pepper. Cook for 3-4 minutes until the clams are heated through.
Add the cooked linguine to the skillet and toss to combine with the clam sauce. Cook for an additional 2 minutes until everything is heated through.
Serve immediately garnished with fresh parsley if desired. Enjoy!
