Ingredients:

100g dried pasta of your choice
1/2 cup canned clams in juice or brine
1/4 cup vegetable broth or water
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

Bring a pot of salted water to a boil over high heat. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a medium saucepan over medium heat, add the clams with their juice or brine, vegetable broth or water, garlic and oregano. Simmer for 5 minutes until the clams are cooked through.
Add the cooked pasta to the saucepan and stir to combine. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Simmer for an additional 5 minutes until the sauce has thickened slightly.
Serve hot with freshly grated Parmesan cheese if desired. Enjoy!
