Ingredients:

100g chicken breast, diced
1/2 cup low
fat milk
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons all
purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Cooking Instructions:

Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the diced chicken and cook for 5 minutes or until cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add the garlic and cook for 1 minute or until fragrant. Add the milk and bring to a simmer.
In a small bowl, whisk together the flour, Parmesan cheese, black pepper and salt until combined. Slowly add this mixture to the simmering milk while stirring constantly until thickened.
Add the cooked chicken back into the skillet and stir to combine with the sauce. Simmer for 5 minutes or until heated through.
Serve immediately with fresh parsley on top and enjoy!
