Ingredients:

60g uncooked pasta of your choice
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
Salt and pepper to taste
120g cooked shrimp (peeled and deveined)
2 tablespoons vegetable broth or water
2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

Cooking Instructions:

Bring a pot of salted water to a boil over high heat. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a small bowl, combine the garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper (if using), oregano, salt and pepper. Mix until combined.
Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the vegetable broth or water. Add the shrimp to the skillet and season with the spice mixture. Cook for 3-4 minutes until shrimp are cooked through. Remove from heat and set aside.
In the same skillet over medium heat, add the cooked pasta along with the lemon juice and stir to combine everything together until heated through about 2 minutes. Add more vegetable broth or water if needed to prevent sticking or burning of ingredients in pan while stirring together all ingredients for about 2 minutes until heated through completely .
To serve, divide into individual bowls and top with cooked shrimp and chopped parsley as desired for garnish . Enjoy!
