Ingredients:

60g uncooked penne pasta
1 boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into cubes
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
½ teaspoon dried oregano leaves
½ teaspoon dried thyme leaves
¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
¼ teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons tomato paste
2 tablespoons vegetable broth or water

Cooking Instructions:

Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and add the penne pasta. Cook for 8-10 minutes until al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet over medium heat, add the chicken cubes and season with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, oregano leaves, thyme leaves, cayenne pepper and black pepper. Cook for 5-7 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
Add the tomato paste and vegetable broth or water to the skillet and stir to combine. Simmer for 3-4 minutes until the sauce has thickened slightly.
Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and stir to combine everything together. Simmer for an additional 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through. Serve immediately.
