Ingredients:

4 jumbo pasta shells
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/4 cup diced onion
1/4 cup diced bell pepper
1/2 cup cooked ground beef or turkey sausage
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
1/4 teaspoon dried basil leaves
2 tablespoons tomato sauce
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil over high heat. Add the shells and cook for 8-10 minutes until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and bell pepper and cook for 3-4 minutes until softened. Add the ground beef or turkey sausage and cook for an additional 5 minutes until cooked through.
