Ingredients:

1 cup all
purpose flour
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup warm water

Cooking Instructions:

In a large bowl, mix together the flour, oil and salt.
Slowly add the warm water to the mixture and knead until a soft dough forms.
Divide the dough into two equal parts and roll each part into a ball.
On a lightly floured surface, roll out each ball into a thin circle about 8 inches in diameter.
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and place one of the circles on it. Cook for about 2 minutes or until lightly browned on one side then flip over and cook for another 2 minutes or until lightly browned on the other side.
Remove from heat and repeat with remaining circle of dough.
