Ingredients:

50g of spaghetti or other long pasta of your choice
1 large meatball (homemade or store
bought)
2 tablespoons of olive oil
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 teaspoon of dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon of red pepper flakes (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
Add the meatball to the skillet and cook for 5 minutes until lightly browned on all sides.
Add the oregano, red pepper flakes (if using), salt and pepper to taste and stir to combine.
Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss everything together until combined. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.
Serve immediately with extra Parmesan cheese if desired!
