2 tablespoons olive oil
1 small onion, diced
1 clove garlic, minced

ounce can chickpeas, drained and rinsed

2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional)
4 ounces feta cheese, crumbled (optional)
4 ounces pita bread or flatbread (optional)

Cooking Instructions:
